Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- Email us at drapebyosni@gmail.com number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, minus any original shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
